Christen Bakke and Lindsay Harris founded Waller House as a real estate company and lifestyle brand in Austin, TX. Lindsay bought her first home for $120 down in 2004. Christen bought her first home while in college with her summer internship money earned selling books door to door. They both now have multi-million dollar real estate portfolios with a variety of properties including: short term rentals, long term rentals and future development projects. They are excited to provide an attainable approach to real estate investing – no matter what stage of the game you are in!
